Celebrate with an Irish spirit each weekend during March at Inn at Riverbend, Arrive on Friday and be welcomed by your Innkeeper (Janet) from Dublin, Ireland. Enjoy a warm supper featuring a hearty Guinness Beef Stew with traditional Irish brown soda bread followed by the dessert of the week like Guinness Black and White Mousse or Bread Pudding with Hot Whiskey Sauce. Enjoy an Irish beer (Guinness or Harp) with your meal while listening to authentic Irish music from the Innkeeper’s wide collection.

Freshly prepared full breakfast each morning includes a first course of seasonal fruit, home baked goods, fresh juices and hot Riverbend blend coffee, followed by a hot entree such as Brie and Veggie Strata, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Fluffy Spinach and Goat’s Cheese Omelet, Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast or Belgium waffles.

Dine indoors or outside weather permitting overlooking the New River! Our seasonal menu will delight your taste buds, and we use as much local produce as possible. A sample menu starts with a fresh salad of mesculen greens, cranberries, apples and blue cheese, followed by entrees such as beef tenderloin with a fresh herb compound butter, cedar planked salmon with ginger, lime and soy sauce, or raspberry chipotle glazed pork tenderloin medallions. A variety of Chateau Morrisette wines are available to accompany your meal. Save room for a special dessert such as individual cheesecake with fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis, or our warm molten chocolate lava cake. Enjoy your choice of chili: Riverbend Red - Our signature classic beefy "bowl of red" chili, Riverbend White - Our white bean and chicken chili, Riverbend Veggie - Our version of a vegetarian black bean chili. Served with cornbread or corn muffins, tortilla chips and all the fixins.' Followed by your choice of fresh fruit tartlet or key lime pie. Accompanied by a side salad. Available Friday nights with 48 hour notice, includes coffee, tea, or soda.
